Lisa's Sous Chef Service

With Lisa's Sous Chef Service, you do the cooking (with lots of help from Lisa), under Lisa's personal supervision. With this service, Lisa helps you prepare a great meal for your dinner party, on the day prior to your event and leaves it to you to do the "finish" cooking for your guests the next evening. This service combines a one-t0-one cooking class and a dinner party. Here's what's included:

  • 4-course themed menu—from appetizers to dessert.
  • Beverage consultation (aperitifs', wine pairings, dessert wines, non-alcoholic beverages).
  • Menu is recommended by Lisa, following personal consultation.
  • Meal preparation is personally supervised and executed, as requested, by Lisa on the day prior to  the day of the event.
  • Client is responsible for final preparation, including finish cooking, presentation, service, etc.
  • Lisa provides additional consultation relating to table settings, centerpieces, flowers, candles, etc.
